The studio session

The studio is the maternity session location for those seeking a timeless rendering, independent of weather. On the first floor of 46 avenue des Bénédictins in Limoges, the 50 m² space is soundproofed, climate-controlled, entirely dedicated to photography. Natural light through bay windows, continuous fill light, neutral or curated backgrounds: everything is designed to put you at the heart of the image.

Complete light control. Natural light outdoors changes every ten minutes — this is what makes outdoors so alive, but also unpredictable. In studio, light remains constant from start to finish. You can build the image without rushing, test several ambiances, return to a pose without fearing the light has gone.

The studio is climate-controlled in summer, heated in winter. Access to the first floor is by elevator (or discreet staircase), the landing is private. You have a cabin to change, a corner to rest between series, water and snacks if the session extends. For mothers in late pregnancy, this makes a real difference.

The studio fits several registers: fine art (sculptural light, black background, white drape, classical painting feel), clean (neutral light background, simple silhouette, discreet retouching), narrative (curated decor with chosen accessories), couple (hands forming a heart, kiss on forehead, partner embracing from behind).

Located 5 minutes walk from Limoges-Bénédictins station and 10 minutes by car from downtown. Parking nearby (adjacent streets, station parking). The building has step-free access from the street and the studio, on the first floor, is served by an elevator. The session is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
